Hi, I’m Brittanie.
I help women where life feels like one long joyless to-do list so they can stop the "hustle" and start living again.
I’m here to help you untangle all that mental noise so we can figure out what you actually want—not just what you're "supposed" to be doing.
Whether you’re totally burnt out or just ready to level up your mindset, we’ll bridge that gap together so you can trade the pressure for some real-life magic.
No stuffiness, no judgement—just progress.

Introduction to Butterfly Tapping
If you’re looking for a simple, "take-anywhere" tool to lower your stress in real-time, let me introduce you to Butterfly Tapping.
Despite the gentle name, this is a powerhouse technique used in therapy to help ground the nervous system when things feel like they’re spinning out of control. It uses bilateral stimulation which is a fancy way of saying it engages both sides of your brain. It helps you process stress and find your center again.
Join me for one of the foundations to many of the meditations we will do going forward.
Sunbeam Guided Meditation with Butterfly Tapping
Finding your center doesn’t have to mean sitting in silence for an hour. Sometimes, it’s about a quick, intentional shift in energy. Welcome to the Sunbeam Guided Meditation, a short, powerful practice designed to wash away stress and fill your space with warmth.
In this session, we combine the visualization of a glowing sunbeam with the Butterfly Tapping technique. By using rhythmic, alternating taps while we breathe, we aren’t just imagining peace; we are physically signaling to our nervous system that it’s time to relax.
This is your moment to soak up the light and hit the reset button. Whenever you’re ready, let’s begin.
Snowglobe Guided Imagery Meditation
Ever feel like your mind is a snowglobe that’s been shaken up? The "snow" of to-do lists, worries, and constant notifications is swirling so fast you can’t even see the glass.
The Snowglobe Guided Imagery Meditation is a simple, visual way to find your stillness. Instead of trying to "stop" your thoughts (which is like trying to grab every individual flake of snow), we focus on the power of simply sitting still and letting the glitter settle on its own.
Learn with me how to access a sensory meditation in your mind to calm your nervous system and include Butterfly Tapping for additional regulation and soothing.
Mindful Minute
When you’re stuck in a loop of overthinking or feeling the weight of a long to-do list, you don't always have twenty minutes to sit on a meditation cushion. Sometimes, all you need is a Mindful Minute.
This is 60 seconds of "sensory grounding"; a quick but powerful way to snap out of autopilot and pull yourself back into the present moment. By focusing intensely on your five senses, you give your brain a much-needed break from the "noise" and reconnect with the "now."
Stop what you’re doing, take one deep breath, and join me in grounding ourselves.
The No One Needs Me Meadow - Sensory mediation with Butterfly Tapping
In a world that constantly demands your time, your energy, and your "yes," there is a place where those demands don't exist.
Welcome to the "No One Needs You" Meadow.
Despite the name, this isn't about being unwanted, it’s about being completely free. For the next few minutes, we are stepping into a mental landscape where your roles as a professional, a partner, a parent, or a friend are left at the gate.
In this meadow, there are no notifications, no expectations, and absolutely no one waiting for you to fix a single thing.
Container Activity utilizing Imagery and Sensations for Emotional Regulation
When life feels like it’s "too much," we often try to hold everything in our hands at once, which only leads to dropping the ball or feeling overwhelmed. The Container Activity is a powerful psychological tool designed to give your mind a temporary, secure place to store "heavy" emotions until you have the time and energy to process them.
You decide what goes in, when it closes, and—most importantly—when you are ready to open it back up.
And let’s be real, you are the only one with the key. You aren't throwing these emotions away; you are simply putting them in a safe place so you can breathe again.
