You’re constantly on the go and doing everything for everyone.  There’s no time to stop and not a second to spare.  Sometimes you get in a flow and think, “Hell yeah I’ve got this!” But when you hit a bump in the road - your strong exterior comes crashing down.  Suddenly everything is a disaster and nothing is working.  

You hate living like this. You don’t know why you feel this way - nothing is seriously “wrong” or “bad” in your life.  You are wondering, “Why does it seem like everyone has it figured out but me?” The harder that you work to get things together - the worse you feel - it’s like spinning the wheels and getting nowhere.  You are starting to realize that it’s time to try something new.

I help women who are stressed & silently suffering to find peace, balance and happiness in life. I’m sure your picture of a good life didn’t look like this… all work, rushing around, so much pressure and where’s the joy?  But, that’s what life has become.  Maybe you don’t even know what a “good life” would look like for you or what you want to see change.  I’m here to help you with that.  We can sit down and figure it out together.
